1 hour $75 + HST = $84.75
1.5 hour $105 + HST = $118.65
2 hours $135 + HST = $152.55

First session for Reflexology or IHM is a minimum of 1 hour.

Calf Release (working the whole calf releasing any tight muscles and knots) is included with most 1 + hour appointments for reflexology or IHM

It is important to fill in the Health History and Consent Forms included in the client portal registration email.
All Covid protocols are being followed.
The mandatory Covid-19 pre-appointment self assessment will be sent to you by email before each appointment. Please be sure to fill it in.
