Reiki
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing. The word Reiki is a derivative of two words. The first part is “Rei” meaning universal, higher knowledge or spiritual consciousness. The second part is “Ki” meaning life force energy. The two together equals Universal Life Force Energy. When the body is fill of “life force energy” it is balanced and aligned. When the energy is compromised (low, impaired, blocked, imbalanced) the person is more likely to feel the affects and become ill or feel stressed.
