Ion Foot Detox Bath

What is an Ionic Foot Detox Bath?

An ionic foot bath, also referred to as an ionic foot detox, is a way to detoxify and reenergize the body. Some believe that in addition to detoxing the body, certain medical problems can be treated with an ionic foot bath. Those same people even see noticeable improvements in their health immediately following a detox.

Here is a great article from the Women Daily Magazine

How the Ionic Foot Bath Works

The bath is filled with water and 1/8 tsp salt. The array sits in the bath and ionizes the water. The water enters the pores of the feet then goes to the circulatory and lymphatic systems throughout the body. The ions neutralize oppositely charged toxins helping them to expel. This helps all the organs to become stimulated to function properly. The water will become a rust colour (but may vary from person to person) which is perfectly natural. Each detox treatment is 30 min.
